Commanding lawyer who works for reasonable rates. He organized my business, set-up its financing, and wrote my first customer contracts. Now, after a few months of successful business, he's helping me hire employees. Seriously, he's fantastic. I really recommend him. The legal services I received from him were on time and on budget. Jason was sometimes difficult to reach by ...phone (it could take a day to hear back from him), but he always responded very quickly to each email I sent him. Also, he obviously understood real-world deadlines. There was more than one occasion when he changed his schedule for me. I plan to hire Jason again to write a consumer finance agreement for goods my business sells.
