Great Advice

Gil is really helpful and responsive. I am using his team for a real estate purchase and asked for his advice on a separate matter for a fee. He immediately got back to me, listened to the situation, and offered his professional opinion as a free consultation. He said to feel free to reach out again ...if the situation evolves. Really grateful to have been referred to them!

Review on Gil Schipani and his office staff.

I had the great fortune to meet Gil in the Seaport Area. We were talking and I found out he was an attorney who did real estate transactions. I immediately hired him for a closing I was involved in. He and his staff took their time to review a title that had numerous pages for complete accuracy. They... were thorough, professional and went out of their way to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations!!

Building a relationship

Being a real estate investor I am always in need of a good attorney. I do not live in the Boston area as of yet but I have recently started to relocate my investments to Boston. For my first transaction I hired Tempus Fugit Law, turned out the attorney I worked with was Gilbert Schipani. Can’t say ...enough good things about a guy who I never met before but felt as though I’ve known him for years. As all investors know, you need a good attorney for more than just closing a real estate deal. Like I mentioned I recently made my first purchase in Boston and already had to reach out to Gilbert for help with another matter. He called me back right away and helped me resolve the problem we were having. Gilbert Schipani is as professional and caring as they come. Look forward to working with him in the future and building a solid relationship.

Helpful, professional, patient, and a great listener!

I have had multiple interactions with Tempus Fugit Law over the years. I honestly cannot say enough good things! They have helped me with not only real estate transactions (4 or 5), but have been extremely helpful with occasion all legal questions that have come up on different incidents over the yea...rs. When it was something they might not specialize in, they referred me to someone fantastic. Always readily available, and quick to return a call or answer an email. Always pleasant, easy to talk to, and very professional. You won't go wrong with this firm.

Condominium Law counseling

Gil is very experienced in condominium disputes and provided very helpful and insightful legal advice on a convoluted condo dispute. He is very well versed in the MA condo law and litigation and had a lot of great ideas and tips for me. He was attentive, focused, knowledgeable and solution-oriented.... He sees the big picture and keeps your best interests in mind while also trying to reduce legal costs and find the most optimal solution to the problem.
