Frank E Reardon

Mr. Reardon represents clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters involving employment, healthcare, personal injury and corporate issues.    Mr. Reardon advises clients about healthcare and personal legal matters including powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, real estate, wills and living wills, probate, estate planning and legal issues that affect our daily lives.    

LITIGATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION  Mr. Reardon has represented hundreds of clients and corporations in the resolution of legal disputes that arise in their personal, professional and corporate lives.    He has represented clients before appellate courts, juries and judges, and administrative agencies.   Subsequent to being admitted to the bars in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Mr. Reardon gained a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the Harvard School of Public Health in 1981.  He has represented patients, professionals and their coprorations before licensing boards and before trial and appellate courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Mr. Reardon has represented many clients in personal injury and employment litigation and has reached favorable settlements and trial verdicts in these matters.  

MEDIATOR & ARBITRATOR  In recent years, Mr. Reardon has been engaged to assist in the resolution of disputes as a mediator and arbitrator.  His extensive courtroom experience provides valuable insight and knowledge when assiting individuals in achieving a practical resolution of their disputes without the stress and disruption of a jury trial.  With offices in Boston, Wellesley and Providence, Mr. Reardon is able to assist clients in convenient locations and with reasonable fees.
