Colleen Elizabeth Cushing Towle

Colleen Towle concentrates her practice in all aspects of civil and employment litigation. Colleen focuses her employment practice on representing management in employment-related matters including discrimination and wrongful termination claims, contract disputes, wage and hour complaints, non-competition and protection of trade secrets, union organization, grievances and arbitration. Colleen also drafts employment contracts, personnel policies and other employment-related documents. Colleen has experience representing colleges, universities and secondary schools on a wide variety of education issues, including business, employment, operational, and regulatory matters. Colleen has been selected for inclusion in the 2008, and 2010-2013 Massachusetts Rising Stars. Boston Magazine included Colleen in the "Top Women in Law" list for 2013 and 2014.
