Highly recommended for immigration

I have been working with Christina Elder on a number of immigration projects (L1, H1b) for myself, my family and my employees. I'm very happy with Christina's counsel and the results I got; I couldn't wish for a better attorney to handle my immigration matters. In 2017, I was in a tricky situation... when an extension of my L1 visa got denied. I am a founder of a small software company and by that time we had established an office in Massachusetts. After the extension petition denial, I had to leave USA and look for a solution to this problem. I interviewed many immigration lawyers; Chin & Curtis LLP was recommended and I decided to go with them and started working with Christina. Since then, Christina provided full support for me and my family along our immigration journey. We reapplied and were granted another L1 visa, and recently we have received our green cards. We also worked with Christina on other L1 and H1b cases to bring a few of my employees to the U.S. – all successful so far, despite the increased scrutiny and RFEs. In addition to delivering results, Christina is always quick to respond to my emails, and her work attitude is great – she's very patient with my requests, questions and concerns. I am happy to recommend Christina to anyone looking for a reliable legal support in immigration.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
