Fantastic Lawyer

Atty Swartz got me a fair settlement from my former employer after I was wrongfully terminated. I had no idea what to expect and she thoroughly explained the process and was very knowledgeable. I always assumed lawyers that worked on contingency fees would be quick to settle and move on to the next c...ase just to make quick money, but I was wrong. I never felt pressured to take an offer I didn't want to take. She has realistic expectations and will fight to get you what you deserve. She emailed me copies of all communications with my former employer's attorney and she was very assertive and didn't back down, even when they tried to twist the facts. Aside from being a great lawyer there's other added bonuses to having her as your lawyer. She speaks real English, not legal terms that you need to Google to understand. She talks to you like a real person, it's like having a conversation with a really smart friend. I mention this because I hate having to try to sound professional on the phone, it's uncomfortable. If you call you reach her directly, not an answering service. Even better she emails and texts. I can't say enough good things, but if I keep going on you won't want to read this. Bottom line do yourself a favor and call her if you need a lawyer.
