Professional, Passionate, Knowledgeable & Scholarly Attorney

Attorney Swartz is smart, knowledgeable, & passionate about her profession. I have severe hearing loss & had experienced discriminatory acts with my past employer. The events that lead to my discrimination case were emotional challenging for me. She guided me through the legal process & explained str...ategic options & steps taken to finalize the settlement so that I could move forward with my life. Attorney Swartz was compassionate & empathic about my situation. She was patience & helped guide me towards a resolution. I was able to learn a lot from her & now am prepared to protect myself with future employers. I’m also grateful that she’s considerate of her clients financial circumstances; she did her best to minimize expenses for me. She even provided after settlement advice, which came in handy. Thanks to her, I’ve progressed in all aspects of my life and I’m optimistic of my future. She does have offices in Boston & Kansas, therefore remote communication & meeting are common; Of course she disclosures this up front. This arrangement worked great for me. Best lawyer for anyone new to the legal system

I retained Tara because I knew I was being discriminated against at work due to a mental health issue but didn't know what to do. Not only did Tara clearly explain all my legal options but she was also very clear about the consequences of each option. She was honest but not too harsh and very sensit...ive to how a long drawn out legal battle against a very large corporation would affect my mental health. I really respected how she considered my health priority over billing hours. It shows how morally upstanding she is in addition to being an incredibly knowledgeable attorney. I would definitely recommend hiring her!
