My family made the painful mistake of trusting Attorney Ryan with the settlement of our father's estate. The entire process was drawn out in a long, financially draining manner. Simple tasks were billed for extensive hours and some were even completed by more than one person resulting in double bil...ling. The original living trust was drawn up by Attorney Ryan before our father's passing so one would think that its settlement would be issue-free. This, sadly, was not the case. He consistently had to "consult" with his right-hand woman Tina to determine what should be done (at billable hours). This clearly is a man whose time representing clients should come to an end.
