I represent a wide array of health care providers, businesses and consumers in class actions and other complex litigation pending throughout the country. My health care practice focuses on issues concerning health care financing, including provider reimbursement, health insurance coverage and antitrust matters. My consumer protection practice focuses on issues concerning health insurance, the deceptive advertising of health benefits purportedly provided by consumer products and other issues implicating consumer protection law.
