John R. Bita III

Before deciding if I should trust attorney Bita with my case I did read a negative review but still decided to ignore it. That was a terrible mistake. Bita seemed nice enough during consultation but after a representation contract was signed things changed. I have to agree with the other negative rev...iews. Communication was truly awful. In over a month he didn't achieve anything positive and didn't make any progress with my case and instead of representing me he was eager to represent the defendant's interests. He didn't properly keep me in the loop and on top of that, I have to add I am left with only more problems than when I started my case as a plaintiff and of course the most convenient thing to do for this attorney was to drop me as a client without even cleaning up his mess.
