Likeable and friendly

I really wrestled with the question of whether I would recommend. I liked working with Doug. He is a nice guy. But I think he was over his head with our project. He was unable or unwilling to admit that he was over his head. His overall handling of our legal matters fell short when compare...d to our experience with other lawyers.
