Excellent Lawyer with Superior Legal Knowledge

Mr. Meyerson represented me in an employment-related dispute early this year. He was recommended to me by multiple colleagues who have known his excellent professional reputation either directly or indirectly. Mr. Meyerson demonstrated superior legal ethics from the beginning until the end of my ca...se. He has profound knowledge in the field of employment and labor law. Importantly, he is very thorough, thoughtful, and patient when it comes to breaking down various scenarios and helping me to assess outcomes that possibly serve my best interest. I am very pleased with Mr. Meyerson's service and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, fair, and honest lawyer.

Excellent and knowledgable attorney

It was an absolute pleasure working with Alan. He was thoughtful, knowledgable, and very effective while working on my case. I would recommend Alan to anyone seeking counsel in his area of expertise.

Alan did not allow me to testify, which was a huge mistake

Alan represented me at the trial court level in a 258E case. He did not allow me to testify in the hearing. This was the primary reason my appeal was denied (the Appeals Court heavily emphasized the "adverse inference" from my lack of testimony), but additonally, the Appeals Court "converted" my char...ges, de novo, from civil to criminal (MA App Ct docket #). I have emails where i ask Alan why he did not allow me to testify - and he did not answer. I am now initiating the process of suing him for legal malpractice, as his failure has caused me severe PTSD, and also may have a "cascade effect" on 2 other multi-million $ cases that are in progress in state and (soon) in Federal Court. His failure was "lawyer 101" stuff. I'll also be posting this entire story on a web page, that's how egregious it is.

Outstanding

I came from Dubai, had some challenges with my documents and my pharmacist license. I hired Alan to resolve these Challenges, to me time was extremely important, Alan resolved my case in 14 days. With all the challenges I have seen, Alan's work was outstanding.I can say two words about him ;"Very sma...rt and caring."

Fantastic Lawyer

Alan took my case when others said not worth their time, and gave it his 110%. Got me everything and more that I deserved. Was great to work with always called me back or emailed me with a response fast when I had questions. Even on a Sunday!! What lawyer does that?!! Will recommend him to all my fam...ily and friends without question.
