Thomas J. Dibiase

Mr. Dibiase was understanding and very straightforward in handling our case. We visited an old friend of mine from the Air Force in Mass. He had a large dog in a cage. He let the dog out and my daughter leaned down to pet him when the dog, without any provocation, bit from above her eye down throug...h her cheek. Mr. Dibiase negotiated a settlement of $70,000 which can't restore her beautiful face but can help her with her education. She deserved something for such a horrible ordeal and the resulting disfigurement. We live in the South so it would have been impossible to address this serious tort. Mr. Dibiase represented us professionally and made the process much less stressful. We were satisfied. But, We won't plan to return to Massachusetts in this lifetime.
