Stephen T. Rogan

Stephen T. Rogan brings with him a passion for zealously advocating for his clients, whether that requires bringing a case all the way to trial or negotiating an out-of-court resolution.

Steve is a graduate of Northeastern University and Boston College Law School. During law school, he took advantage of every opportunity to be in the courtroom by becoming certified to practice as a student attorney. He used this certification to enroll in several clinics, which allowed him to represent clients involved in family law matters and matters in the juvenile court. Additionally, he worked at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division for Norfolk Superior Court, arguing bail, motions, and assisting at trial for bind-over felonies.

Upon passing the bar, Steve was awarded a graduate fellowship at Boston College Law School’s Legal Services clinic where he continued his work representing indigent clients in family law matters. After the completion of his fellowship, Steve worked at two Boston law firms specializing in litigation. At these firms, Steve represented clients in high conflict and high asset divorces, as well as a variety of business disputes. Additionally, Steve represented individuals charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors. Oftentimes, the criminal allegations were intertwined with the divorce proceedings.

Steve primarily focuses his practice on divorce, custody, and alimony cases. His prior experience in high asset divorces and business disputes allow him to provide effective representation and advice regarding the financial aspects of these case.
