This review is not based on sour grapes or lack of getting what I wanted. So, that being said, this review is based purely on the advise that I received and how this firm failed to do their job. The only tangible thing that I received from my dealings with them was an invoice totally more than $6000.... I was told that I had a case in a condo matter. I was told that I should continue the case regardless of the fact that I was selling it. It put the sale at risk, and they said it was all on the closing attorney to fix and not them. The only explanation is that they are completely inept and do not know the laws regarding real estate, they didn't wish to follow through or they were leading me on just to rack up the hours. I did speak with another attorney after this and they said that I was given bad advise and that it was, in fact up to Peter and his team to deal with the lender to savage the sale. However, the other attorney also told me that he never would have told me to continue pursuing the case once I put the condo up for sale. I would not under any circumstances recommend Peter or his firm.

Peter helped plan out the process in setting up a reverse mortgage for my parents. He drew up the necessary paperwork and assisted with third party negotiations along the way. He was always up front and transparent about cost estimates, met timelines and provided high quality deliverables (few edits ...after initial verbal discussion).

As a landlord, I was suited by my tenants for providing an uninhabitable apartment and lost their personal properties - the allegation I firmly denied. I felt that the tenants tried to obtain money from me through the court and they might have been assisted by someone who knew the system. Based on the solid evidence and professional presentation by Mr. Calabrese, the court ruled in favor of me, the defendant. I am very glad that I hired Mr. Calabrese as my lawyer for the trial, not only for the reasonable price but importantly for the excellent services that he is able to provide.
