Morgan Twomey Nickerson

Morgan T. Nickerson represents clients in corporate and intellectual property matters. His practice focuses on assisting clients in navigating the challenges that businesses face in the rapidly growing e-commerce market. Mr. Nickerson is an attorney in WolfBlock's Corporate/Securities and Intellectual Property/Information Technology Practice Groups.

Mr. Nickerson was the second member of the firm's Brand Equity and Strategic Distribution Group. He assists companies in devising distribution strategies that focus on growing and promoting a company's brand in the ever-evolving online marketplace. Previous strategies have successfully limited unauthorized resale of product in various online markets (eBay, Amazon, etc.) and have quelled the importation of grey-market and counterfeit products by targeting a myriad of international web sites (Alibaba, DHgate, Marktplaats, etc.). Mr. Nickerson also specializes in assisting clients in the entity formation, early stage financing and other challenges that new growing business face.

Mr. Nickerson is a member of the Antitrust and Intellectual Property sections of both the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Mr. Nickerson is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he was member of the Moot Court Honor Board and the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy.
