Quality service
Very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about my family and I. Getting quality legal advice from any lawyer will take some time, so with that in mind, I felt she was very timely and responsive to my needs.

Delays, delays, and more delays
It takes a very long time to get things done with this lawyer. I've heard every excuse in the book for the delays I've experienced. Even though the fees I pay are just as high as any other client, I guess I'm just not rich enough to get decent, timely service from this attorney.
