My first appointment I asked about retaining money and he said he would charge me just the case value, which I paid in front. In the end of my bill, he charged me extra money for the service. My first consultation should be free, like his assistant said to me, but on my bill also he charged me for. And to complete the history, the papers that I got back from my case, didn't have much work. Few writing and scribbles, and a few resources that he got from internet or a book.
