Real Estate Law:
Represent lenders, buyers and sellers on all aspects of real estate conveyancing including broker agreements, offers, purchase and sale contracts, financings, real estate titles, and foreclosures.
Estate and Probate Law:
Represent and advise individuals regarding their estate planning in order to protect their family and assets upon death, incapacitation or disability.
In addition to preparing wills and other documents in anticipation of death, we also work with survivors when someone has died to assist in the probate of the will and distribution of assets.
