This lawyer and his firm had my case for five years, when they could not secure a settlement offer 4 days before trial they damanded that I pay 25,000 or dismiss the case. I had to ask the judge for a continuance until I was able to find another lawyer. It seems no lawyers want to take over other l...awyers cases.

Big Show, Little results except for a few

I hired this firm and shook this man's hand. He told me the case would take four to six months to review and it has taken twice that time. At the end of that time, I was warned to discharge all my doctors and told that they had filed suit. Imagine my surprise when his associate called me and said the...y decided not to go forward. Never granted acess to speak to this man after I signed agreement on one day we met, entirely inaccessible. He should not take the opinions of lawyers 4 years out of Vermont law school. Very nice ads but google this firms ratings on other site. AVVO call me to confirm my identity.
