Disappointing

Lubin & Meyer took a wrongful death case after extensive medical review and family interviews. It dragged on and on. Attorneys switched frequently and without notice. Some of the explanations given never added up. After several years and challenging meetings, they admitted that they could prove wrong...ful death but other circumstances made achieving a large settlement or jury award unlikely so they wanted to bail after some of us had givendepositions, etc. This was disappointing as nothing new about a likely award every emerged. They just misread it and took our family on an emotional ride. They probably are good but proceed with caution if your plaintiff is not perfect: young, excellent health, and high earning.

My opinion Is he is ineffectual

We had a very negative experience watching this lawyer in action—and his antics which, IMO the jury seemed to also find ineffective and quasi- offensive
