Martha L. Morrill

First I was appointed by her on a criminal matter. She is a public defender too! Whenever I met with her I could detect alcohol on her breath. I then hired her to represent me in a divorce. She went before the judge babbling on about matters that had nothing to do with the case. It was an amicable di...vorce! She made it into a hostile matter when my husband and I are still the best of friends. She did nothing but make my life miserable. She said she would get in trouble if I gave her a check since she was also appointed to represent me on the criminal case 2 years ago.

This attorney was unsure of herself in court. She got flustered when the judge asked her certain questions. She builds up your hopes just so the judge can knock you down. I finally had to interupt her while she was conversing with the judge to get certain facts into the record. AAfter explaining my v...iews the judges ruling was at least 50% in my favor. I don't think this would have happened if dhe continued to babble on with nonsense.
