We worked with Tom when we closed on our house on 10/31/15 and highly recommend his services. He was approachable and incredibly knowledgable. From the massive piles of paper he had, it is clear a lot of work went on behind the scenes, but the whole process was made so easy for us. All our questions ...were answered in a timely manner, we trusted Tom completely, and we never thought we would have so much fun signing away our life savings. He went above and beyond with keeping in contact with us, answering questions we did not even know to ask, contacting the realtor, seller's lawyer, bank, etc., and telling us important things to know about our town, neighborhood and house. As first time buyers, we appreciated his guidance and patience. It was clear that he had looked over all the paperwork at length because it seemed like he had it all memorized somehow!
