Stay away
Not responsive at all throughout the matter. Although I had legitimate concerns that I wanted to address with her, phone calls and emails were left perpetually unanswered. When she did communicate, she was incredibly rude and patronizing.

Please avoid at all costs
Was minimally responsive throughout the case. Poor listening skills and very disorganized. Incredibly patronizing and rude in demeanor.
