For some reason my review disappeared, so im writing this again. I hired Nick a few years ago to help me with a felony assault charge that was eventually moved into a superior court within MA. I had fired my prior lawyer because i didnt like his strategy and ideas of defense pertaining to me. F...rom the onset, Nick had an aggressive and adamant standpoint of fighting for me and listening to my side of the story. He was articulate in conversation with the prosecuting attorneys and was precise in his delivery of the facts. Nick eventually was able to reduce a felony indictment with aggravated assault to a simple misdemeanor charge with little stipulations as to conditions following the case. From what I gathered, his expert negotitation skills coupled with the respect being given to him by the prosecution ultimately led to the reduction in charges. Nick is well liked within the courts and his wit and charm captivate the judge and prosecution to a point where they want to hear what this man has to say. HIGHLY recommend Nick for all criminal matters. He will work for you to get the best resolution.
