Biography
After 33 years of representing clients in all manner of family law cases, plus serving as a mediator and arbitrator for something more than half of that time, I converted to a private dispute resolution provider only, at the start of 2012. Serving both Greater Boston and Western Massachusetts in our two ofices, my business partner and wife, Hon. E. Chouteau Levine (Ret.) have settled (or decided) hundreds of cases by various means and formats. We believe that we have saved clients literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal transaction costs, provided them with outlets in which to negotiate durable and comprehensive agreements, all while sparing their families the prodigious wear and tear that divorce litigation imposes on families in crisis. We believe stongly in what we do.
