My passion has always been litigation and criminal defense and my main focus is demonstrating compassion and understanding for each client during this difficult time in their life while also maintaining an honest dialogue about the case. You will never be left wondering how your case is progressing or feeling as if I am not fighting for you. I began my career as a public defender for the Committee for Public Counsel Services where I represented clients in the Quincy and Dedham District Court. Throughout my time as a public defender I represented hundreds of clients from arraignment through their trial or resolution dates. This experience includes dozens of motions to dismiss and suppress which I consistently won. I earned the respect and appreciation of my clients and colleagues by fighting hard for every client no matter how big or small their case while consistently showing each client the kindness and compassion they deserve.
As an Associate Attorney at Glickman Turley LLP I expanded my expertise into immigration and general litigation while maintaining a strong criminal defense practice through my work with the Norfolk Bar Advocates. I cultivated strong knowledge and experience in many areas of immigration law including family sponsored citizenship, asylum, and inadmissibility waivers and I successfully helped many couples achieve green cards through the application process.
Now at the Law Office of Tabitha A. Bolden I am continuing my criminal defense and immigration practice with a focus on personal attention and hard work.
If you are looking for a compassionate, honest, hardworking attorney feel free to give me a call to discuss your case.
