Estate Plan
Peter Moustakis was excellent in preparing our estates plans. This was my wife's first time doing this process and Peter listened to every question she asked and answered it in plain English. He made us both feel very comfortable and made sure we understood every aspect of each document. The final package was very well organized. He will also be meeting with our heirs to make sure we tell them exactly what we want so when the time comes, there are no unanswered questions. His rates were also very reasonable. We both highly recommend Peter.

Peter Moustakis worked with my husband and me to create a robust estate plan. He was able to answer every one of our questions and to make us feel comfortable through the process. Peter did my and my wife's estate planning. Very helpful in setting up a long term care for my and my wife's pets in the event we predecease them. He returns phone calls promptly, and was able to get answers to questions my wife and I had, and did not at all condescend to me or my wife.

Atty Moustakis crafted my equine pet trust. While he has an impeccable understanding of the relevant laws, he sets himself apart with his interpersonal skills. Like Part of the Family
We hired Peter to update our will. First of all, we were impressed with the efficiency and organization he brought to our meetings. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. Second, we were so at ease with him. His "bedside manner" made us feel like we were talking with a favorite uncle. He was never judgmental and always showed us the highest respect. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone needing estate planning.
