Christopher C. Humphrey

I specialize in the areas of commercial, personal injru, toxic tort, real estate, insurance, environmental and land use litigation. I have tried multi-million dollar cases to verdict and tenaciously tackle every case regardless of its size or complexity.

My background as a nuclear engineer and hazardous waste/industrial hygiene specialist in the United States Naval nuclear program has enabled me to handle environmental cases ranging from Super Fund, Urban River and Spill Act litigation to a host of regulatory matters including air, water, freshwater wetlands, CAFRA and hazardous waste removal/disposal.

I currently serve as outside general counsel for a growing MA corporation.

In addition to representing clients in land use matters, I served for seven years on the City of Summit Planning Board where I gained invaluable experience and insight in the land use permitting process.
