I cannot agree more with other reviews I find on this site. Arlene Keating is an attorney should never feel afraid to call. It's a comfort to know when you need advice, you have an attorney you can depend on. That is what makes me write this now. I am getting ready to call. I know I can always ge...t professional work without going to Boston and she is great to work with. I have used her in numerous transactions with different specialties. She will always be my first call.

The title says it all. I have been through both buyer and seller RE sales with Arlene as my lawyer. I am SO glad she was referred to me years ago by a local real estate agent. Arlene forms a relationship with her Clients based on trust, knowledge, commitment and humor (so refreshing). Arlene is focus...ed and forceful, but with a sense of humor that not only helps with the legal work, but is enjoyable separate and apart from the working relationship. I have contacted Arlene nights, weekends whenever needed and she is always there responding quickly. She makes the process easier to deal with not only with her knowledge / recommendations, but by using, in addition to verbal communication, technology to communicate via emails, scanned documents, etc. I was able to close a sale in Mass from Florida with Arlene as Power of Attorney. Trust, integrity, commitment to do the best job possible, etc. all for a very reasonable fee. She is well respected and totally protects your interests while remaining available, pleasant. attentive to details and patient in explaining status and developments, all providing piece of mind that? Need I say more....

I hired Arlene for a real estate closing, a commercial building lease, some personal legal work, and also consulted with her for some estate planning advice. She has always been extremely knowledgeable and very patient in explaining the process and answering all of my questions and concerns. She re...sponded quickly in returning my calls and requests for information. I felt she alerted me to any potential pitfalls so they could be avoided and have felt very comfortable using her for my legal needs. She has a great personality and is very easy to work with.
