I cannot agree more with other reviews I find on this site. Arlene Keating is an attorney should never feel afraid to call. It's a comfort to know when you need advice, you have an attorney you can depend on. That is what makes me write this now. I am getting ready to call. The title says it all. I have been through both buyer and seller RE sales with Arlene as my lawyer. I am SO glad she was referred to me years ago by a local real estate agent. Arlene forms a relationship with her Clients based on trust, knowledge, commitment and humor (so refreshing). Arlene is focus...ed and forceful, but with a sense of humor that not only helps with the legal work, but is enjoyable separate and apart from the working relationship. I have contacted Arlene nights, weekends whenever needed and she is always there responding quickly. She makes the process easier to deal with not only with her knowledge / recommendations, but by using, in addition to verbal communication, technology to communicate via emails, scanned documents, etc. I was able to close a sale in Mass from Florida with Arlene as Power of Attorney. Trust, integrity, commitment to do the best job possible, etc. all for a very reasonable fee.
