Lillian Wong is the most passionate, understanding attorney in special education law. We hired Lillian after meeting with her for a complex case involving our son who had learning disabilities. Attorney Lillian is very good in finding the key points of my daughter's out-district placement case, and made strategies that is appropriate for us.
