I own a retail computer repair shop in Gloucester Massachusetts. We on occasion have the need for data recovery services. We were solicited by Fat Guy Bald Guy Computer services in 2015 and inn the hopes we would use their data recovery service. We obliged and availed ourselves of their services w...hich initially were excellent. Over time however the level of service deteriorated to the point where we could not contact them either by phone or email in regards to 2 hard drives we had sent them for data recovery. Upon speaking to Richard he immediately researched the company and located their legal name and drafted a demand letter which he promptly sent to them. We are awaiting a response.
