Monique Boucher Lamb

BEWAR. I read the comments and I see I am not the first experiencing this. Attorney Monique Lamb has been pulling this trick for years now and apparently sleeping well! In a nutshell, after taking the $7500 lump sum fee, Attorney Monique Lamb e-filed for the divorce case and initiated a temporary or...der but then never scheduled for court hearing. This resulted in me losing my parental time. Later when I followed up asking for the status of the temporary order, she blamed me that I didn’t follow up with her, while she had clearly stated that she would be scheduling the court hearing. As I tried to follow up with her to take other needed actions on the divorce case, she declared that the collaboration isn’t productive, and requested to withdraw. Attorney Lamb then billed for every one liner email I sent, some of which she didn’t even respond to. And, after pulling this trick and essentially billing for email correspondence, she had the nerve to offer “professional courtesy” of a few hundred dollars, which I had to reject. In a nutshell, I lost a lot of money, a lot of time, a very favorable case position, many days of parenting time, and got no outcome. It’s sad to see others are falling for the same, so again - BEWAR. There are dozens of other lawyers - it’s always better to hire through personal recommendation from friends. I am skeptical about five star reviews here and in other resources.

I would like to thank Attorney Monique Lamb for the wonderful job she did representing me during my divorce. From start to finish, she quickly responded to my emails, and answered all my concerns with great patience. She arrived at meetings on time, focused solely on me, was prepared for any discussi...on from the opposing lawyer, and anticipated any changes. On a personal note, during such a difficult time, she showed great compassion, pointing me in the direction of reason when I was making decisions based on my emotions. She showed true professionalism through and through; she was very kind, honest, intelligent, and quick-thinking. She had a keen ability to smoothly guide the process along, all while be assertive in protecting my rights. I have the utmost respect for Attorney Monique Lamb and feel honored to write this review. - Robyn
