If you get this court appointed lawyer immediately ask to change lawyers! No joke he is the worst lawyer I have ever seen in my life. I had to go to court 9 times because this guy wouldn't do his job. Every time he would forget to file the motions or say he didn't get evidence when he did months ago.... Got it continued twice for that. He also will not return ur phone calls or contact u at all. He will also show up a minimum of 3-8 hours late for ur court date time. He is a drunk and will also be ignorant and yell at u to. RUN IF U GET THIS GUY IMMEDIATELY REQUEST NEW LAWYER

After about 5 or so years after I closed out a credit card account I started recieving harassing phone calls at home then at work and even on my cell phone. They claimed I owed a lot of money eventhough i thought I had settled with them. I was willing to pay them just to keep them off my back and not... ruin my credit. I called Mike and he took care of everything. The calls stopped and I didnt have to pay the credit card collector anything because they didnt file the correct paperwork. I'm glad Mike was my lawyer. He was on top of everythng, answered all my many questions and stayed in touch with me all the way.
