About Mark
Biography
Attorney Mark Cashman represents victims of medical negligence, dangerous and defective products, landlord negligence, and motor vehicle collisions. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, he was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. He has also be honored by National Trial Lawyers as Top 40 under 40.
He has a great deal of experience handling sensitive and complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases over the course of his career. Prior to opening this firm, he worked as a Trial Lawyer as several nationally recognized firms. Mark’s first legal job was in the Boston Office of the U.S. Attorney/Department of Justice where he trained under elite civil prosecutors investigating health care fraud.
Mark is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D.) and Boston College (B.A.). While in law school, he was recognized as the Best Oral Advocate and was chosen for the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team. He was also elected by his peers as President of the Moot Court Honor Board and Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA). He was honored in 2013 to be presented with the President's Award from MATA for his commitment to advocating for victims' rights.
