Mr. Drucas told me that he would handle the closing on our home for $600 and said the cost shouldn't exceed that unless something unusual happened. When I received the closing documents, I saw that Mr. Drucas took several thousand dollars out at closing using his Power or Attorney. I called and he ...said he had to negotiate some items, but i was never notified of the negotiations or the increased charges, but had to find them on my own on the closing documents. The man is a crook. He knew we were moving out of state and took advantage of us. I filed a complaint with the bar but of course it was his story against mine. Hire him at your own risk.
