Please do not hire this man. My wife and I met with him and took his advise. We paid him a flat fee up front. We followed his instructions to the "T". When my hearing came, he opened with a shakey monologue. After the Board's first question, we were turned away for being unprepared and were sup...posed to have another hearing in 2 to 3 weeks. He then completely ignored us. (No response to text, phone, email, certified mail or requests for personal meetings). He is the worst attorney I have ever encountered. He should not be allowed to practice law. A complete rip off. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Atorny Benjamin Richard is a thief. It took $5000 from me and appeared to court three times. He’s a miserable, disrespectful man. When I called him out on the way he spoke to me he decided to withdraw from my case. He said my $5000 was spent. So he charged me $1750 per appearance. I was trying to get my license back and I consulted with Atty. Richards. He was patient and did not rush me out of his office like other lawyers have. He answered all my questions and I did get my license back. A few years later I had a small obstacle with my breath machine I gave Atty Richard a call... and he was more than happy to answer my questions. I would trust him in any legal matter and I highly recommend him.
