Attorney Clark has represented myself and various members of my family for nearly 25 years. I would not hesitate to call upon her for any/all legal advice or issues. She, most professionally, handled the (somewhat complicated) Estate Planning/Wills/Powers of Attorney for my parents before they died... and was again retained to close out their respective Estates upon their deaths. Atty. Clark displayed compassion, great knowledge of the field, was responsive to my numerous calls/emails. So rarely can one find an attorney who recognizes the client as more than a 'cash cow' or an obligation. She always treated us kindly, sincerely and, most importantly, with the skills and knowledge required for my family. Would I hire her again? Absolutely - as far as we are concerned, she is the family lawyer. Do I recommend her to others? Positively -- especially in terms of senior estate planning where looking ahead to the future is so essential. For what it is worth, Attorney Clark also handled my divorce some years ago -- again, I find no fault and feel I was treated fairly and honestly. She knows to ask the probing questions one would otherwise feel unimportant. Best of all, I trust her -- and I cannot often say that about many. I learned of her practice through a strong recommendation via a good friend -- and am VERY glad I did. I would not hesitate to return to Attorney Elaine Clark for any further legal work/advice.
