Michael H. Kelly

My last lawyer was incompetent and neglected to contact me and because of that I had filed to get a new layer of which mr.Kelly has taken my case and has been over 3 consecutive business days almost 2 weeks to be exact and has not made any form of effort to contact me. In this case I believe this is ...a form of malice afflicted on to my case causing Jeopardy in the case and a great deal of hardship to my life. Because of this unprofessional incompetency the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and how they treat their good members of society. P.s. Kelly has also intentionally made sure he did not give me his email nor my copy of the case file that was in his hands to give to me so I'm lost in this case and have no idea whats going on or how I can fairly fight my defense without the information and contact needed.
