Lindsey E. Egan

Lindsey E. Egan, Esq. is a respected attorney with experience in both the corporate world of law and, as the founder of Poppy Legal Group (formerly Egan Law Center) in Manchester-by-the-Sea, family law and estate planning. She is the Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Law Practice Management Section Council, a Director at Large of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, a Director at Large of Essex County Bar Association, the Co-Chair of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce Businesswomen's Committee, Membership Chair of the Manchester Mother’s Club, former Board of Directors President of Starting Out Solo, LLC, and a member of the Greater Newburyport Bar Association and the Manchester-Essex Rotary Club. She frequently donates her time to chair, present, and contribute on MBA, MCLE, and other seminars, including co-chairing the MBA’s 2024 inaugural Solopreneur Symposium.

Lindsey was born and raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea and currently lives with her husband and two daughters on the North Shore.

She is meticulously organized, which helps her achieve her goals and visualize what needs to get done.

When she’s not helping clients solve their most pressing legal issues, Lindsey loves to play the piano, read, and listen to podcasts. You can probably find her watching reality TV, planning a party, or enjoying a soy chai latte on her deck.
