“Please read the reprimand. Briefly, you will find that neither my late husband and law partner, Carroll E. Ayers, Jr., nor I filled out the proper paperwork for our client account called an IOLTA account. There is NO allegation of theft, misappropriation, lack of ability, or anything else that would affect my ability to represent you. Indeed, the Oklahoma Supreme Court declined to reprimand me on the same facts. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this issue.”
