Recommend for Business and Real Estate

I met with Sal recently to discuss a new business that I had started a few months earlier. I went to Sal because I was feeling a bit uncertain about my contracts and whether or not I should form a corporation. Sal was very patient, listened to my concerns and offered some suggestions. He put no pr...essure on me to hire him but left the door open if I feel the need later on. Based on my limited but undesirable prior experiences with attorneys this was like a breath of fresh air. I suspect that I will become a client at some point, but in the meantime I will recommend him whenever I get a chance.
