Rachel Hollingsworth

I was not there to meet with Ms. Hollingsworth. I was in the shared offices to meet with another lawyer. Due to Covid and working remotely with my lawyer I had yet to be in the building since 2020, when I met with Mr. Gilmore for a closing on a business in the downstairs offices and he was extremely ...helpful and professional. This was the main reason why I was taken back by this interaction. I knocked on her door frame, of her open doored office that she had just walked into, to ask for directions and she SCOLDED me, like a child (Mind you I am much older than her and a reputable business owner in the community). She yelled “EXCUSE ME, I’m on the phone!” Which I did not hear anything nor see her on a receiver, there were two other woman in her office and one was very helpful. When she came out and I apologized for merely asking a question, I heard Ms. Hollingsworth talk about me to who was on the phone! Someone considering working with her should be aware of her abrasive nature and attitude of condescension. The golden rule is something an expensive degree does not teach you. I was there after my very long and painful divorce hearing… and met with this was completely unlike anything I have ever experienced in any customer service based business.
