child custody

Attorney Martin deserves the highest rating. I contacted him at the end of a business day with an emergency matter and he returned my call after hours and spent as much time as was needed to advise me. He listened carefully and offerred his advice, which was the correct advice. He could have accep...ted representation and earned fees but that was not in the best interest of the client. I highly recommend him in all matters of family law.

Best Family Attorney

5 stars is not enough for Att. Martin. I wish I can give him 10 stars out of 5. Unfortunately, I met with Att. Martin a little before my 2 TRIALS (divorce/custody & grandparents visitation) and I so wish I've met with him sooner. guess I was not lucky enough. Att. Martin,is a very straight forwa...rd person, he gave me his undivided attention. he was extremely prompt and accommodated me in every possible way (according to his schedule) he put the TIME, EFFORT and CARE in my case which directly affects my life & my son's life. he ran to the court to read 2 probation officers reports (full term & short term investigation) that were done on my case. he advocated for me, he actively listened to my case (which had more & more details towards the end). I originally sat my own expectations to be ok if i lost him because no human brains can keep track of the details that happened in my case unless they've been through it or witnessed it. but he extremely amazed me with his sharp mind , active listening to every detail and was able to not miss on anything and put together an excellent cross examination questions that came extremely handy and made million percent sense to anyone listened to them.I felt my son & I were in good hands with Att. Martin. I don't think a family member would've got a better attention & care than what I got. Att. Martin is a very HONEST attorney with high ethics & integrity standards. HE IS SO WONDERFULL. To blow up your brains ! He's as fair to you as he's fair to himself AND THAT CAN SAY IT ALL ... HE'S SO WONDERFULL. If i had a time machine I would've met him sooner so I would've had a peace of mind. But I am done searching for attorneys, He will definitely be my attorney for the following 16 years ( until my son turns 18 years old).

Excellent representation

Atty Martin helped me successfully navigate through bankruptcy and foreclosure. He was easy to reach and patiently helped with all of my questions. His service really went above and beyond expected assistance. Highly recommended.

Outstanding attorney kept the kids in my life

Counselor Martin is the most professional, experienced, and constructive attorney that you will find; a true hidden gem that has been handling my family cases with great success. Firstly, if you’re going to be a client, try to be an informed client. I have a lot of experience with other lawyers and... have been through several court procedures, with everything in between. I have a measurable amount of knowledge through experience, regrettably, to accurately evaluate Counselor Martin as one of the finest attorneys in family law. Whether on a budget or not, he will do the best job for you, without doubt. After my initial consultation, I felt extremely comfortable. It was probably the first time, in a long time, that I rested well, with no worries on my custody case. A lot of lawyers can do that for you when you first meet them, but Counselor Martin was completely in control and did everything, (court filings and responses, communication with opposing attorneys, delivering updates to me, adjusting to court scheduling), quickly and succinctly. It was such a different experience from my past attorneys. There was no wasteful back and forth with other lawyers. The manner in which he operates prevents things from becoming a mess, something other attorneys can do intentionally or not, but this is as important as it helps with the time and money wasted in courts, which makes him affordable. I know he helped me dodge a lot of unnecessary expenses, otherwise, while bringing the judgment that was fair to my family. Think about this, when you're being represented so well, others think twice about unreasonable, litigious behavior. Those long term benefits are something that our family is still accumulating. So, from an informed client, trust me, you will sleep a lot better having Matthew Martin represent you. Best of luck!

Matt Martin- Excellent & Great Lawyer

I have been pleased working with Matt over the past 6 years. He was referred to me from a friend, and I have been able to consult and hire him for advice on preparing my will and my bankruptcy. I never thought I would be the one to go through a bankruptcy. Matt was extremely helpful from the first da...y I met with him to discuss possibly filing a bankruptcy. Matt was there every step of the way with answering all of my questions, providing me information to prepare for the filing, and keeping my stress level down. He was very timely, communicated every thing that was happening, and was there with me in court for the final day of the hearing. Even after the hearing and the discharge of the debt, Matt counseled me on what would be ahead of me after the filing, and how to get my credit score back on track. I must say it did work. After 1 year after the discharge, I was able to get financed for a brand new SUV to drive off the lot; and now I'm buying my first home only 3 years later. I would not have been able to do any of this without Matt. He is professional, and attentive to his clients needs. I have referred him to other clients, and they have also been very pleased. I will continue to use Matt. Great Lawyer!!!!
