As I am experienced at providing "sole" counsel services to businesses that are in the early stages of customer engagement, product delivery and infrastructure development, I can help companies grow while maintaining their cost/budget structure.   As an example, the cost of a non-burdened, sole practitioner  such as myself is far lower than what a company generally pays for a full-time, in house headcount or partner/associates from venture-backed, high priced law firms.    The company also receives my services each and every time; the firms, conversely, will engage an associate or junior attorney with limited experience.  The results generally do not meet the company's needs as time to market (closing sales deals) and costs are critical to startups.
