It was really helpful and his explanations were clear but simple. Grace (the secretary) was very responsive via e...mail and accessible by phone. They were always on top of everything. Everything went as smoothly as you could expect especially in a time of a pandemic. The zoom calls were professional and easy to do from the comfort of our own home. Paul was always on time to our calls and didn't waste any time getting to specifics and important details.
