Aaron Edward Allen

Attorney Allen is an experienced trial attorney who has been practicing law throughout Massachusetts for over nineteen years.  He has extensive experience representing individuals, families and businesses offering comprehensive counsel and guidance in multiple areas of law with a primary focus on family matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation, spousal support, division of assets, removal issues, restraining orders, and care and protection matters.  Attorney Allen is a member of the Committee for Public Counsel Services’ Children and Family Law Practice representing families in matters involving the Department of Children and Families.

Attorney Allen is a member of the Salem, Boston, Essex County and Massachusetts Bar Associations as well as the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.  During law school Attorney Allen clerked at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and later was hired by KPMG, LLP as a tax attorney and business consultant in their tax consulting practice.  Attorney Allen served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard for eight years during college and law school.  Attorney Allen resides in Topsfield, MA with his family and is active coaching youth sports.
