Terrible/ arrogant
I met Vincent phelan through friends, very bad decision, he roams bar to bar in and around Lynn, SwAmpsott, Salem, Marblehead. This is where he does his best work. He settles on cases before they begin, does not put in any effort to get to the truth and innocent.

Awful!!!!!
Worst lawyer ever! He was appointed to me for a care and protection case. He does not have the children's best interest at hand. I've called him several times to discuss my case. He does not call back and when the court dates come up he doesn't even show up. My baby has shown up to visits with bruise...
