I cannot recommend Attorney O’Malley highly enough. This was my first experience dealing with a legal matter, and I was understandably very nervous at the outset. From the very beginning, he guided me through each step with patience, clarity, and professionalism, making what could have been an overwh...elming situation feel far more manageable. Throughout the process, he was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. What stood out most was his proactive and thorough approach. He handled my case so effectively that it was dismissed before it ever had to go to trial; a result that truly speaks to his preparation, skill, and dedication to his clients. I am sincerely grateful to have had him as my counselor and advocate. His professionalism, diligence, and integrity truly set him apart, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking outstanding legal representation.

Attorney O’Malley worked on what I was thinking as a relatively simple case defending my mother. I could only assume that it is very small case for him but we get his undivided attention, 24/7 responses, very professional analysis and attention to all details of the case. It ends up more taxing and... frustrating than expected but it was successfully resolved by Stephen O’Malley. The amount of time he spent on the case definitely exceeds the fixed fee he charged for it. If you need a legal representation in the courtroom, I cannot think about a better counselor as well. Let me start this by saying that there are no words that can tell you just how phenomenal Attorney O’Malley is at what he does!!!! Any Praise that I can give him would fall well short of what he deserves. My divorce turned into a custody battle over my 7 year old son. I had been the primary caretak...er for 6 years, and a stay at home dad for the last 2 years of my marriage. My wife asked me to do this while she furthered her career in the insurance industry. My wife then had an affair and filed for divorce. We signed a 50/50 legal and physical custody stipulation which she had never intended on honoring. She then made false allegations, and obtained a 209 A order to gain full legal and physical custody. I hired 2 divorce attorneys prior to hiring attorney O'Malley. They both did a horrible job, and I was in danger of losing legal custody of my son for good. My 2 prior attorneys were only able to get me 11 hours per week for visitation during the divorce. My prior attorney told me that since the 209 A order hearing wasn't until 30 days after my divorce trial that I would not get any legal custody of my son. I was devastated about what had happened, and did not see any way to fight back. I contacted Attorney O'Malley 1 week before my divorce trial was scheduled. He gave me hope from the first moments I spoke with him. He told me my options ,which by this point were very limited . Attorney O’Malley advised me that he could not promise me the outcome that I wanted. However he could promise me that I would get his very best effort if I were to hire him. Well I did hire him, and WOW did he keep his promise! He advised me we needed to petition the court to allow us to hire a Guardian ad Litem to investigate the situation. Attorney O'Malley told me that he would get the restraining order lifted as there was no evidence to renew the 209 A order. He was successful in getting it lifted. He was successful in moving the trial date and getting the Guardian ad Litem. He told me that the GAL report would be in my favor, and he was 100% right. He told me that the false criminal allegations my exwife used to get the 209 A order would be dismissed, and again he was 100% right. Attorney O’Malley had several other cases during my situation, but he always made me feel as if I were his only client. His empathy and attention to detail are second to none. His legal expertise, and negotiation skills are incredible. During a very difficult time for myself and my family he was nothing short of a miracle worker. From the day he took over my case things started to turn around. He negotiated day and night in the days leading up to my trial, and was successful in getting an agreement between both parties. There was no need for a trial, and now I have 50/50 legal custody. He also got me a very good parenting plan for the rest of the school year with 50/50 physical custody starting in June of 2015. I hope you'll excuse the sports analogy, but for me he was Tom Brady, David Ortiz, Bobby Orr, and Larry Bird all rolled into one. What he accomplished in the short amount of time he represented me was more than I ever thought possible. I hope that people will read this review and realize that there are many divorce attorneys to choose from, however none will work harder for you than Attorney Steve O’Malley. Attorney O'Malley's professionalism and legal expertise is second to none. He truly empathasizes and cares for his client's best interests. My husband and I helped our son hire Attorney O'Malley and were with him every step of the way. Although he has many clients, Attorney O'Malley treated our so...n as if he was his only client. He could be reached at any time and any day of the week including weekends. His preparation, knowledge and attention to detail on every aspect of his case were phenomenal. Attorney O'Malley never lost sight of our grandson's emotional and physical well-being. Watching him work in the courtroom was a pleasure. Before we found Attorney O'Malley, we had been extremely dissatisfied with several lawyers. The difference was immeasurable. Our son was a father fighting for his son. He was the first one to tell our son that this was a custody battle, not a divorce. Attorney O'Malley actually listened to him, his fears, concerns and used his legal expertise to handle it all. He was able to lift a restraining order, get 50/50 joint custody and 50/50 parenting time for our son and grandson. Attorney O'Malley was prepared for any and all scenarios during this divorce/custody battle. Not only is he an incredibly competent attorney, he is an incredible man.
